Stories of Transformation

Eczema she'd lived with for 43 years

Since she was two years old. Itching, inflammation, nights she couldn't sleep. Dozens of dermatologists. Eastern medicine. Elimination diets. A little relief each time — then it all came back. "I just accepted it. I decided it was permanent. That this was just my skin." She came more out of curiosity than hope. In the first session, I felt something dense in her field — something that had been building for decades. Not in her skin. Deeper. It turned out that over 43 years, Anna had become an expert at suppressing anger. At home, at work, in relationships — always the easy one. Never made waves. Her body had been screaming on her behalf the whole time. After three sessions she wrote: the itching had become manageable. More and more days with nothing at all. For the first time in 43 years, she felt like it was something she could actually control. Six months later — the eczema is fully healed.

Breaking the Cycle: From Chronic Migraines to Migraine-Free

When Ann Marie came to me, migraines had been part of her life for more than 25 years. Sometimes the episode would last for days, leaving her feeling exhausted and desperate.

Rather than focusing only on the migraine itself, we explored the patterns surrounding the symptoms — stress, emotional responses, triggers, nervous-system patterns, and the unconscious self-talk that had developed over time.

Together, we created a personalized hypnotherapy process designed around her unique history, triggers, and experiences.

As she practiced new responses, Ann Marie began becoming more aware of the subtle signals that appeared before a headache fully developed. She started recognizing patterns earlier and responding to them differently.

The transformation went beyond managing a symptom.

She began developing a deeper awareness of her body, greater confidence in her ability to respond to what she was experiencing, and a stronger sense of choice in how she moved through stressful moments.

“After working with Oksana, I feel like I have my life back. I have a clearer head, more energy, brighter days, and I feel happier. Most importantly, I’m back to doing the things I love. I’m incredibly grateful for the transformation.”

Chronic neuropathy that medicine couldn't explain

Traveling pain and numbness — moving from place to place, no pattern. Doctors couldn't diagnose it or treat it. Mark had run out of places to turn. First session — 20 to 30 percent reduction in pain and numbness. After four sessions — 90 percent gone.

A relationship pattern that felt permanent

He came with one goal: he wanted to finally meet the right person. Something kept getting in the way. By the third session, he met someone. At 57, he says it's the best relationship of his life.
